Checkout Time: The checkout time is at or prior to 10:00 a.m. However, we can often accommodate late checkouts. To request a late checkout, please contact us via the Airbnb app or website. You can also text us at (951) 201-1794. Please do so at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled checkout time.
Televisions: When you initially turned on the TV, you were asked to enter your reservation departure date. Assuming you did so correctly, all usernames and passwords will be automatically deleted and/or reset at 11:00 a.m. on your scheduled departure date.
Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all refuse, which includes opened food and beverage items. Kindly take all trash to the blue bin at the top of the driveway. NOTE: All trash must be bagged and tied or the waste management company will not take it. Trash bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Sadly, the island does not have a recycling program.
BBQ / Grill: If you utilized the BBQ grill, please ensure that the gas tank valve is turned off by turning the valve clockwise until it stops. Place the cover back onto the grill so it doesn’t blow away.
Electrical and Security: Please turn off all fans, air conditioners, TV’s and kitchen appliances (not the refrigerator – long story). Close all windows and lock the front door. If you rented the apartment on the lower level, please return the apartment door key to the same lockbox as per the original Check-In Instructions.
